Someone once said: “For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.” Do you agree?
Answer
Yes, I completely agree. Personally, when I got angry, I had no solutions from anger. Instead, I had a one -track mind all day long or every day. There was not even one good thing. Blood pressure might be up. It is not good for your health either. Even if you are supposed to have a good conversation among friends, you wouldn’t enjoy them 100 %. So when I was so angry, I tried to walk it away. While walking and after walking, I felt better and I realized it was not productive. Friends, please remember anger does nothing but harm. Do some exercises for a change, and you feel better. Don’t get caught by your anger. Peace.
