Bento Yesterday

Yesterday's my hubby's lunch: Stir-fried eggs with green peas on rice. Grilled salmon, tomatoes, and kept it simple. There's no place to wash lunchboxes at his workplace, so I always cover the entire content of Bento with plastic wrap and dispose of it in a garbage bag to take it back home. To prevent the salmon flavor from transferring to the scrambled eggs, I cover the grilled salmon with aluminum foil. My husband prefers not to reheat lunch at the office, so using aluminum foil is okay.

写真を撮る時、いつもなんでラップが敷いてあるんだろうと思われるかなと思って、こんなことも書いてみました

「彼の職場にはお弁当箱を洗うところがないので、中身をラップに包んで、食べ終わったら、小分け紙皿と共に小さいゴミ袋入れてうちにお持ち帰ります。」

アルミホイルが入っているとレンジでチンできないじゃないか？　と思う方もいるかもしれませんが、「夫はレンジでチンはしない人なんです。なので、アルミホイル使ってオーケー。」
