💧 噴水 / Fountain

**Q:** 美しい噴水のある場所に行ったことはありますか？一番印象に残ったことは何ですか？

シンガポール・セントーサ島の噴水ショーが、音楽に合わせて踊るのが素晴らしくて、とても印象に残っている。

The fountain show on Sentosa Island in Singapore was amazing—it danced beautifully to the music and left a lasting impression.

 🚶 万歩計 / Pedometer

**Q:** 万歩計やスマホアプリで歩数を数えていますか？その理由は？

昔ながらの万歩計は使わないが、スマホのアプリで歩数を確認している。歩きすぎないようにアプリで管理している。

They don’t use an old-school pedometer, but they check their steps with a smartphone app, mainly to make sure they don’t walk too much.

📅 カレンダー / Calendar

**Q:** 紙のカレンダーとデジタルカレンダー、どちらを使うのが好きですか？

紙のカレンダーを使っている。スマホのカレンダーは使わないが、家族はスマホでスケジュール管理をしている。

They use a paper calendar and don’t use the one on their smartphone at all. However, their family members manage their schedules on their phones.

🤸 ストレッチ / Stretch

**Q:** 普段の生活でストレッチをしますか？いつ、どんな風にしていますか？

毎晩寝る前にストレッチをしている。最近は筋トレも始めた。筋肉が弱ると不調につながるので、頑張って続けている。

They stretch every night before going to bed and recently started strength training as well, since weak muscles can cause health problems.

 🍳 献立 / Meal Plan

**Q:** 献立は普段どのように決めていますか？

パートナーが遅くなる時は自分が料理担当。2〜3時間前に献立を決めることが多い。その際、デリッシュキッチンやクックパッドをよく利用している。

Whenever their partner works late, they take care of cooking. They usually decide on the menu a couple of hours beforehand and often use apps like Delish Kitchen and Cookpad—they’re super handy and the recipes are tasty.

👥 同窓会 / Class Reunion

**Q:** 同窓会に参加したことはありますか？

中学卒業から20年後に同窓会をした。懐かしくて楽しかったが、どうしても思い出せない人が1人いた。ようやくわかった時には、あまりの変わりように驚いた。昔はハンサムで細く、モデルになるのではと言われていた男子だったが、20年後は日焼けし、髭を生やし、太っていた。

About 20 years after graduating junior high, they had a reunion. It was fun and nostalgic, but there was one classmate they couldn’t recognize at all. Back then he was slim and handsome, even rumored to be model material. But 20 years later, he was tanned, bearded, and overweight.

**Q:** 最近気づいたブームやトレンドは？

備蓄米をやっと見つけて買った（1800円台）。まだ食べていないので味が楽しみ。

They finally found emergency stock rice at around 1,800 yen and bought it, though they haven’t tried it yet. They’re curious about the taste.

## 🧻 ハンカチ / Handkerchief

**Q:** ハンカチを毎日持ち歩きますか？どんな時に役立ちますか？

毎日ハンカチを持ち歩く。トイレの後など必要。東海道53次ウォーキングツアーの時は、大きなタオルも持っていく。汗をかくから。

They carry a handkerchief every day, especially useful after the restroom. On the Tokaido 53 Stations walking tour, they also bring a big towel because of all the sweating.

## 📔 手帳 / Planner

**Q:** 紙の手帳を使っていますか？それともスマホ？

紙の手帳を使っている。スマホのプランナーも時々。最近買った手帳はドラえもんの手帳で、9月に「ここ祝日あったっけ？」と思ったら、実はドラえもんの誕生日だった。

They use a paper planner, sometimes their phone too. Recently they bought a Doraemon planner, and in September noticed a date marked as a holiday—turned out it was Doraemon’s birthday!

**Q:** どんな街の風景に懐かしさや癒しを感じますか？

古い建物を見ると懐かしい気持ちになる。

They feel nostalgic when they see old buildings.

🏙️ 東京に移住する若者が増加 / More Young People Moving to Tokyo

**Q:** 若者が東京に移住することについてどう思いますか？

生活費が高く、地方が疲弊するので懸念がある。地元に残れば手頃な住宅や高齢者サポートも可能。

パンデミックの頃はリモートワークで地方移住があったが、最近は空き家をリノベして住む若い夫婦も増えている。

There are concerns about young people moving to Tokyo due to high living costs and the impact on local areas. Staying local offers affordable housing and the chance to support elderly residents. During the pandemic some moved to the countryside thanks to remote work, and recently more young couples have been renovating vacant houses to live in.

**Q:** 自然災害を経験したことはありますか？そこから学んだことは？

地震の際、自宅が心配で帰宅を希望し、江戸川から柏まで歩いた。

During an earthquake, one participant asked to go home out of concern for their house, and ended up walking from Edogawa to Kashiwa.

 👨‍👩‍👧 有名人の親を持つことについて / Famous Parents

**Q:** 有名人の親を持つことは、子どもにとってプラスかマイナスか？

メリットもデメリットもある。親のおかげでチャンスを得られる場合もあるが、一方で重荷になることもある。

It has both pros and cons—children may gain opportunities thanks to their parents, but it can also be a heavy burden.

🌟 有名人との出会い / Celebrity Encounters

**Q:** 印象に残っている有名人との出会いは？

ラスベガスでシーナ・イーストンに会ったことがあるが、とても普通の人だった。

They once met Sheena Easton in Las Vegas long ago and said she was just like an ordinary person.

Q:** 誕生月が同じ有名人は？

中学時代に俳優・加山雄三のファンで、映画に憧れたりクールなイメージに共感していた。

In junior high they were a big fan of actor Yuzo Kayama, admired his movies, and identified with his cool image.
