### 印象的だったトピック・話題

* **日常のちょっとした体験からの会話**

* ボウリング場の思い出や、地域ならではの出来事など、身近な話題から自然に会話が広がった

* 生活音やアナウンスが入る場面もあり、リアルな日常感のあるセッションに

* **みかん・オレンジの話題**

* 「蛇口からみかんジュースが出る」という地域ネタをきっかけに、各地の柑橘類の思い出や味の違いについて雑談

* 実際に見たことがある人・ない人で半信半疑になりつつも、楽しい想像が広がる展開に

* 一つひとつのトピックは短めながらも、**個人の経験・記憶・雑談が自然につながる**構成

* 正解を出す場ではなく、「話してみる・思い出してみる」ことを楽しむ時間

* テーブルトピックス形式ならではの、**偶然の話題展開や脱線も含めた心地よさ**がこのセッションのいいところ

Wednesday Workshop 

Highlights

Participants shared everyday experiences and memories, such as leisure activities and local anecdotes, which helped warm up the conversation.

A lighthearted exchange about oranges and regional specialties led to nostalgic stories and playful skepticism.

A discussion about ants evolved into a casual introduction of the “2:6:2 rule” (often called the working ant rule):

20% work very hard

60% work at an average level

20% appear not to work

Research was mentioned suggesting that groups remain stable over time precisely because this balance is maintained—even the “non-working” members play a role.

Topics then flowed into animals, history, travel, aging, and staying young at heart, with participants reflecting on personal experiences.

The session also touched on media, technology, and information, highlighting both the convenience and the challenges of modern connectivity.

The conversation concluded with cultural anecdotes and travel-related talk, ending on a warm and reflective note.

Overall Impression

Rather than aiming for conclusions, the session emphasized sharing, listening, and spontaneous connections. The table topics format allowed ideas to emerge organically, making the experience engaging, thoughtful, and enjoyable.
