水曜ワークショップ 2/11 👀

今回のミーティングでは、冬季オリンピックの思い出や食べ物の好み、そして人生の小さな出来事について、参加者それぞれが自由に語り合いました。

話題はまずオリンピックへ。日本人選手の活躍、とくにフィギュアスケートやペア競技への感動が共有されました。30年前の名演技を懐かしく振り返る声や、海外でオリンピックを観戦した思い出など、世代を超えたエピソードが印象的でした。

また、バレンタインデーが家族にとって特別な日であるという偶然の話もあり、和やかな雰囲気に包まれました。

食の話題では、わんこそばの思い出や、いなり寿司は手作り派かどうか、出雲そばの日にちなんだ話などが登場。大福派か豆餅派か、あんみつ派かところてん派かという“甘味論争”も盛り上がりました。

一方で、「集中力が続かない」「物忘れが増えた」といった加齢にまつわる悩みも率直に語られました。家族から励まされながら前向きに取り組もうとする姿勢が印象的でした。

また、「バンザイ」という言葉への個人的な思い、英語学習を家族と続ける目標、そして親の着物を手放した体験など、人生の節目を感じさせる話も共有されました。

川や海での危険体験の話では、安全への意識の大切さを改めて確認。最後は子どもの頃のあだ名を紹介し合い、笑顔で終了。

In this session, participants warmly shared personal experiences, opinions, and memories. The discussion moved naturally between the Winter Olympics, favorite foods, and meaningful life moments.

The conversation began with reflections on the Olympics. Many participants expressed admiration for Japanese athletes, especially in figure skating and pair events. Some recalled unforgettable performances from decades ago, while others shared stories of watching the Games overseas as exchange students.

A lighthearted moment emerged when someone mentioned that Valentine’s Day holds special birthday memories for several family members.

Food topics sparked lively discussion. Participants talked about their experiences with wanko soba, preferences for homemade versus store-bought inari sushi, and the significance of Izumo Soba Day. Friendly debates followed: daifuku or mame mochi? Anmitsu or tokoroten?

At the same time, deeper reflections surfaced. Some participants spoke honestly about challenges with aging, such as declining concentration and memory, and the encouragement they receive from family members.

Cultural expressions were also discussed, including personal feelings about saying “Banzai.” One participant shared a goal of studying English at home with family members by maintaining an English-only environment.

There were also heartfelt stories about letting go of meaningful belongings, such as a parent’s kimono, and about dangerous experiences in rivers or the sea, reminding everyone of the importance of safety.

The session ended with laughter as participants revealed their childhood nicknames.

It was a warm and thoughtful conversation filled with memories, humor, reflection, and encouragement.
