My question for GPT: which should I cook first, なめこ or 油揚げ?

The answer was like this.  (It answered in Japanese because I asked the question in Japanese.)
Generally, なめこ mushrooms are used first. Funghi mushrooms tend to lose their freshness easily due to their high water content. Therefore, it is desirable to use up なめこ mushrooms as soon as possible. On the other hand, deep-fried 油揚げ is cooked in oil, which makes them less prone to loss of freshness. Therefore, it can be said that deep-fried 油揚げ can be preserved more easily than なめこ mushrooms. Therefore, when なめこ mushrooms and 油揚げ were bought around the same time, it is recommended to use なめこ mushrooms first and then use 油揚げ. By using なめこ mushrooms earlier, you can enjoy their flavor and texture, and since 油揚げ can be stored relatively well, there is no problem using it later. ;)
