A FODMAP diet started for IBS management
Very favorable overall, and I've largely been able to return to daily life. Personally, I have the sense that yogurt, honey, obviously fibrous vegetables, and legumes weren't suitable for me. Surprisingly, I seem to be okay with wheat. Perhaps because I only consume it occasionally or in small quantities? I love avocados, but eating a whole one was too much. The official recommendation is one-sixth of an avocado, but I think I could handle about a third. Thanks to this, I've also been taking Tsumura No. 60 less frequently.

大変良好で、だいぶ社会復帰できています。私個人的には、ヨーグルトと蜂蜜といかにも繊維質という野菜とお豆類が合わなかったのかなという感触です。小麦は意外と大丈夫な気がしてます。時々、あるいは少量だからかな?アボカド大好きだけど、丸々1個食べたらダメでしたね。オフィシャルでは1/6個となっているけど、私は、1/3個くらいはいけるかも。 おかげでツムラの60番も服用頻度が減りました。
A friend of mine apparently avoids solid foods from midnight until 4 p.m. the next day, sticking only to water and liquids. As a result, they enjoy being able to have a variety of meals with family and friends at dinner, which they like. However, this method of not eating solids until 4 p.m. isn't suitable for me. I'm concerned about whether it's sufficient from a nutritional standpoint.
知り合いは夜中から翌日の午後4時まで固形物は摂取せず、水とか液体のみにしているらしい。その結果、夕食は、家族や友人と色々な食事を楽しめるというところが気に入っているらしい。しかし、私に午後4時まで固形物を摂らないという方法は向いていない。栄養面で大丈夫なのか?心配。
