本日のワークショップはキャンセルとなり・・・

玄米は20gにしてみた。

今朝のワークショップは、なんと全員お忙しく、キャンセルとなったのでパンを焼いてみました。

お味もよくて、きめ細かい、胡桃入り白米と玄米のミックスパンができました。

Could it be that this is perfect? 

Yay! 

I tried using 20g of brown rice. 

Since everyone was busy and canceled this morning's workshop, 

I decided to bake some bread. 

The result was a finely textured mix of white rice and brown rice bread with walnuts, 

and it tastes great!
