A Sneak Peek of Wednesday Workshop

Ah, martial arts, usually like Kendo or Judo. What’s called Budo. Maybe Sumo as well? I’m not sure.

1:02: **Participant 1**

Oh, I see.

Ah, thank you. I know martial arts, especially Judo and Karate, because they’re traditional sports. I watched them during the Tokyo Olympics. I was impressed by what I saw. I want to try Karate, Judo, or Kendo someday. But I don't have much confidence because, back in high school, I practiced Judo in the gym, and I didn’t have a good memory of it.

People who do Judo, Kendo, or Karate have such good posture. They look really impressive. That’s why I wanted to try it.

Thank you. I’m glad we’ve added another member to the fan group!

Do you prefer capybaras or alpacas?

45:55: **Participant 2**

Capybaras are giant rodents, right?

I think I’d choose alpacas. Their fluffy fur looks so soft.

Since they live in high places, they must be pretty flexible.

I imagine they’re mentally strong as well.

Do you enjoy cleaning your house or cleaning your room?

52:24: **Participant 1**

I don’t enjoy it, but I’ve decided to clean once a week. It’s part of my routine.

When my wife was around, she would do the cleaning.

Now, I’ve made it a habit to clean on weekends.

To be honest, since I live alone, it doesn’t get that dirty.

But I do clean the bathroom and toilet properly.

I actually like the year-end deep cleaning.

It’s a traditional custom in Japan to welcome the New Year, and it makes me feel refreshed.

If you could invite one historical figure to dinner, who would it be?

57:06: **Participant 3**

I’m currently reading the book "Tobu Ga Gotoku," so I would like to meet Saigo Takamori, also known as Segodon.

Segodon was a man of few words, so he wouldn’t talk much, right? I probably wouldn’t talk much either.

But I’d be happy to meet Saigo Takamori with his charming eyes.

Many people admired and followed him, so I’d really like to meet him.

I’d love to see his eyes.
