南海トラフ巨大地震への準備をする必要があるようです。いよいよ発令されてしまったかという思いですが、自然の力ですから、備える以外方法がないですよね。さて、足にぴったりあったスニーカーの購入を考えなくちゃ。今持っているのは、帯に短し襷に流しなものばかり。先延ばしにしないで準備します。食料も新しいのを足しておこう。
